The Team: Share your knowledge and passion for GIS with our customers around the world! As a member of our Educational Services team, youll have the opportunity to help our customers continue to learn about GIS and ESRI technology, whether by teaching a class in our regional offices or developing content for a Web-based course. We are seeking dynamic individuals who are subject matter experts with an education in GIS-related fields and experience with ESRI software.
Responsibilities: Provide direction and support to senior management in developing effective corporate strategic and operational plans for the program. Communicate department objectives and implement strategy in alignment with business objectives. Maintain, evaluate, and revise related policies and procedures. Establish a relationship with certification vendors to develop, deploy, and publish all certification exams. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers. Manage the design, development, launch, and support of psychometrically sound and legally defensible certification exams. Market program requirements and benefits to multiple audiences and stakeholders. Implement processes for access, scheduling, delivery, analysis, and tracking of the program including expirations, renewals, and test and program results.
Requirements:
Bachelors or masters in technical education, learning and development, or business management. Five or more years of experience in the technology industry. A minimum of three years of experience developing valid and reliable tests for technical audiences. A minimum of three years of experience developing, implementing, and managing certification programs in IT companies. Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, consulting, and facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor staff through change initiatives, process enhancements, and career development. Willingness to travel.
Recommended Qualifications: Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Knowledge of ESRI software products. Ability to implement, drive, and track projects in a deadline driven environment.
